Here you will have your first contact with the kitesurfing equipment. The main thing at this stage is to learn how to control the kite confidently and safely.
Theory of flight and safety systems.
Flying skills and kite control.
This second stage is probably the most fun and exciting part of the course. You will feel the energy of the kite when being dragged over the water and the adrenaline will flow through your body.
Kite traction (Body Drag).
Power zone exercises.
Now you will be able to have the full control of the kite. Is at this third phase when we give you the board and we teach you how to ride.
Introduction of the board (Water Start). Stance and body position.
Keeping the right course on the board.
Riding in both directions.
You will now feel what’s kitesurfing! During this last part we will focus on refining the details, you will learn how to tack in both directions and you will start doing your first basic jumps.
Going in the direction against the wind. (Up Wind).
Turning and transitions.
Theory and practice of basic jumps.
